Empty within.

Everyone see things in different perception and think in different angle. That’s including me. Lately, I see things differently. I feel empty within but somehow, I told myself that don’t see the empty cup but instead see the cup as full of air. I feel lonely whenever I saw everyone have partner within themselves. That is my way of thinking lately, I saw my surrounding people have partner but I still with myself.

Therefore, I told myself that I still can breath so I need to be grateful on that perception and not just think that I am lonely. Yes, I am lonely, but I still can breath and I am healthy to continue my daily routine such as meditation, working and chanting. I need to feel the blessed within myself. So whenever, we feels lonely, always remind ourselves that we still have air to be with us. Be happy and grateful with that and live everyday meaningful and happy.

The emptiness within us can be filled with many great things if we willing to find them. Remember that we are a wonderful creature of human being. Be happy and do meaningful things in our life so that when we leave this world, we can be remembered for many meaningful things. Find your way out of the emptiness within us and works towards them. Be great person so that when we are not around; people can remember for our great deeds.

Stay happy and emptiness is not a bad things after all, if we manage to have great use out of it. Try to do more volunteering work, jogging, meditation, yoga, reading, journaling, or traveling. I believe it will helps us in the feeling of loneliness. Make good use of the air out of it and be grateful all the little things that we have and do. Once we see other people have partner and we still alone, divert that thoughts to other ways which is to be grateful on what you have.

Lastly, we are not alone, we still have air with us and great healthy body. Stay healthy and be strong in whatever we encounter. I believe that you can do it.
